Bring nuclear weapons before the court

Greenpeace and Bombspotting call for a European complaint action : Make a complaint against the presence of nuclear weapons in Europe

Nuclear weapons are as criminal in NATO states as they are in North-Korea or Iran. The use of a nuclear weapon would break humanitarian law, and would be a war crime, no matter who uses it. NATO still deploys nuclear weapons and prepares its military to use them. We want to stop this preparation of war crimes! Bring nuclear weapons before the court.

On 28th and 29th November, NATO state and government leaders will meet in Riga, Latvia, to discuss the future of NATO. Greenpeace and Bombspotting think it 's time to increase the pressure. We give NATO's state and governement leaders a clear message: NATO must get rid of it's nuclear weapons. We call for a European complaint action.

All over Europe, from 6th November on, people will go to their local police office and file a complaint against their own government for the preparation of war crimes.

On 24th November, a bailiff will bring a summons to NATO Secretary General De Hoop-Scheffer, demanding an end to NATO's illegal nuclear weapon policy.

This can be your voice as well. Download the complaint and file it at your local police office. Invite your family, friends and neighbours with you to do the same.
